EDWIN Store Credit Giveaway Official Rules

The EDWIN Store Credit Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open solely to legal residents of the the fifty (50) United States (including Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and over the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid social security number or U.S. tax identification number to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of EDWIN USA (“Sponsor”), their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, or any of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

This Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Oct 23,2024 and ends at 2:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Oct 30, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit EDWIN’s page, located at [Website URL], enter your name and email address, and click “submit.” You must have an email address to enter. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at Privacy Policy). Limit one (1) entry per person per email address. Use of automated systems to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

One (1) winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Oct 30, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within 48 hours.

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 EDWIN Store Credit to use on EDWIN-usa.com for online purchases. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has violated these rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries, or technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it believes the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been compromised.

Sponsor will collect personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information.
