Shipping policy
We offer Free Ground Shipping on U.S. orders.Free Shipping only applies to the contiguous United States, and does not apply to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska addresses. A valid street address is required — FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.
For Free Ground Shipping, orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will arrive in 4 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on Monday.
You can upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout, which will be delivered 2 business days after FedEx picks it up. Please note that if you return your order, the cost of expedited shipping is not refunded. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on Monday. Please note that items in your order may be shipped in separate packages.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with an EDWIN USA purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund and exchange policies for edwin-usa.com purchases. Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at Edwin’s discretion.
In the case of incorrect items shipped or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care Team at contact@edwin-usa.com.

Returning online purchases.
For edwin-usa.com orders shipped to a U.S. address, we gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made or store credit. We do not accept returns made after 30 days of purchase date. All worn, damaged, used, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive worn, damaged or used items, or items without all original tags attached, or items returned more than 14 days post purchase, the items will not be returned to you.
Returns are accepted on all orders within 30 days of purchase.
Edwin-usa.com purchases shipped to a U.S. address can be easily returned by mail (follow the return procedures described below). Please note: Returns will not be accepted if mailed to a store location. Items shipped outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. EDWIN USA is not responsible for lost returns.
Please navigate to our returns page to initiate the return process. You will need your order number and email to start your return, select the item(s) you wish to return, list the reason, and select a refund tender. Within 48 hours, you will receive an emailed prepaid return label (pre-paid label is sent by email only and not mailed out; label will be voided after 30 days). Please ensure the item(s) in original condition are packaged properly and affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package, make a note of the tracking number, and leave the package with chosen shipping courier (UPS or Fedex). Shipping charges are prepaid by Edwin-usa and no additional postage is required. Please allow 5-7 days for processing. Additional delays may occur.

Exchanging online purchases.
For edwin-usa.com orders, we do not currently offer direct exchanges, a return may be placed and store credit may be issued. Please contact us to initiate your return, contact@edwin-usa.com.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. Customers are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to each order.
HOW DO I CHECK ON AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so you can track the status of the order at your convenience. Please allow approximately 2-4 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
rders may be canceled for a few reasons. Our stock may have insufficient inventory to fulfill your order, in which case we will email you an estimated delivery date of re-stock. In some cases, orders may be canceled due to incomplete payment details. In these instances you can contact contact@edwin-usa.com, and our team will assist you in placing your order.
What if my package is lost? My tracking states my package was delivered, but I did not receive it. How long do I have to claim non-delivery on my package?
Our partnership with FedEx allows Edwin to have a 7-day window policy from delivery date where our team can start a trace/file a claim with FedEx. Anything outside the 7th day, will result in a loss. Please note that Edwin is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address associated with your order. How quickly will my return be processed? /When will I receive my refund?
Returns are typically processed for shipping within 1-2 business days of order placement, holidays notwithstanding. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of confirmation of your return to see your refund reflected on your bank statement or credited back to your credit card or other method of payment.
How Do I Get Help With Damages & Defects
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service with your order number and photos of the damages. Many products, particularly those with distressed styling, do wear out or develop holes with regular wear and tear over time. Defects that prevent wear will be reviewed and addressed case by case.
Will you match the price of an item that I see marked down elsewhere?
If you see your recently purchased product available elsewhere at a lower price, we will match the lower price of an item seen elsewhere in the exact style, color and size. Your purchase must be within 30 days and you must present evidence of the item being sold elsewhere at the lower price.
- Documentation must be provided showing the product with the listed lower price.
- A price match must occur at the time an order is placed.

Where are your products made?
Edwin denim is manufactured in Vernon, California on premium fabrics responsibly sourced from around the world. All of our denim is made from organic cotton. In contrast to conventional cotton, which uses genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and toxic pesticides and fertilizers that degrade the soil, organic cotton is grown without harmful chemicals, and the soil is enriched through crop rotation, intercropping and composting. Because the soil is healthier and it retains water more efficiently, organic cotton uses 91% less water and emits 46% less greenhouse gas than conventional cotton. It is also better for the health of the farmers who grow it and their communities.
What forms of payment does Edwin use?
We accept all major credit cards through our merchant processor Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay. We also offer interest free installments via Klarna. What Is A Pre-Order And How Does It Work?
What is a Pre-Order?
Sometimes, we offer highly anticipated styles for purchase before they are in stock. As soon as they arrive to us, we’ll ship your order out to you within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification at purchase and a shipping confirmation when the item(s) depart our facilities.
Shipping dates
The estimated shipping dates for pre-order item(s) are indicated on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email. We always do our best to ship by the listed date but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected and the estimated shipping date can change — if it does we’ll email you with changes.
Order edits or cancellations
Once your order is placed we can’t make any edits to the size or color, but should you need to cancel your preorder just email us at contact@edwin-usa.com.
Payment
You’ll be charged for the full order amount at the time you place the order.
